“Best Housing Repair Software Company – UK” plus two other awards
It’s not exactly awards season, which is why we were surprised by a few recent additions to the trophy cabinet. It’s always nice to be recognised for the work you do, so we are particularly pleased to be awarded a personal business leader award, as well as a couple of company awards this year.
“Best Housing Repair Software Company 2025 – UK” from BUILD FM
Last year Omfax won the BUILD FM magazine’s ‘Most innovative Housing Repairs Software Company 2024”, largely for our use of video capture as part of responsive repairs diagnostics.
This year, BUILD FM has again included us in their list of award winners. This time the award is for “Best Housing Repair Software Company 2025 – UK”. Which we are delighted to receive!

E2 Media Award of Excellence and Business Leader Award
E2 Media has also selected Omfax for a couple of awards this year. Firstly for the business itself, an award of excellence.
In addition, our Commercial Director, Jim Perren, has also been chosen to receive a Business Leader award in recognition of his work over the past few years at Omfax.

As pleased as we are with these new awards for 2025, we are not letting them distract us. Our focus remains on delivering great diagnostic solutions for social housing providers. Especially those who need an innovative approach and who recognise the value of video as part of repairs and enquiries diagnostics.
