Is it the music or the football that draws us there? No, it’s Housing 2025, of course.

What’s in it for attendees? Well, besides networking, upping your CPD learning, and understanding how £39 billion might help our sector, there’s a great bunch of exhibitors to show you their latest ‘stuff’.

And for us exhibitors, it’s a chance chance to meet with customers and partners face to face, and share what’s new in our respective worlds.

Omfax has lots of new stuff to share. Which is maybe why BUILD Facilities Management magazine has awarded us with “Best Housing Repair Software Company 2025 – UK”.

Who can you talk to this year?

  Tina – The Queen of e-learning. If you have contact centre advisors joining your organisation with little understanding of housing repairs, how do you get them up to speed? How about an online self-paced course in Effective Repairs Reporting (including graded test). Tina has all the details. She won’t let me use her photo, so you’ll have to come and meet her.

Paul & Dean – No they are not in charge of Cinema advertising. They are a couple of serious Customer Consultants that share the account management of all the Omfax customers across the UK and Ireland.

Come and have a chat with them and find out about the very latest update to Keyfax 4.4.7 – and maybe start discussing your upgrade.

Jim – I’m there too. And would love to talk to customers, partners and prospects. I’d be happy to show you any of the latest features:

• The new photographic tile look and feel for staff and tenants.
• New integrations with scheduling tools like FLS for scheduling directly.
• Video assistance via the tenants phone for identifying repairs and their priority.

As well as the future options like using photos for AI to identify repairs and producing automatic estimates.

Finding Omfax at Housing 2025

Come and see us on stand A60 – you can’t miss it we’re fairly close to the coffee and snack bar. The stand is brand new designed by Quadrant2Design based in Poole, just a couple of miles from the Omfax office. It’s sustainable and reusable, so let’s hope the stand space is the same dimensions next year!
