A Fresh Look for the Omfax Team
There’s been a change of the guard here at Omfax. Our Customer Consultant, Dean Moffitt, has moved on to new adventures, and he goes with our very best wishes for the future.
This transition gave us a chance to look at how we can better support our customers’ needs. Instead of a simple like-for-like replacement, we’ve decided to change the role to offer more specialised support. Paul Ancill (a familiar face to many of you) will now be covering the whole Omfax customer base. Bringing his 20+ years of experience working with diagnostics in repairs and enquiries to all customers. To ensure you still get that dedicated personal touch, Paul will be supported by our new Account Manager.
Finding the Perfect Fit
We had a very specific “wish list” for this role: someone with proven account management skills, who also truly understands the day-to-day reality of local government and housing association contact centres. We are delighted to announce we found just that in Gabby Perren.

With four years of account management under her belt, and 18 months of recent experience in a local authority contact centre, Gabby hits the ground running. Some of you may have already “bumped into” her at our stand during The Housing Innovation Awards, where KeyNect was a finalist for Most Innovative New Product.
What the Future Holds
Over the coming weeks, Gabby will be reaching out to introduce herself. Her goal is to ensure you’re getting the absolute most out of Omfax – from support and upgrades to new features. She’ll also be working closely with Paul on upcoming projects. If you haven’t yet explored how tenant video diagnostics can save you time and site visits, definitely ask her about a free trial of KeyNect!
And for those who noticed the surname—yes, it’s another Perren joining the fold! We’re very happy to ‘keep it in the family’ and bring Gabby’s unique expertise to the team.
