Omfax partners with FLS – FAST LEAN SMART

Omfax is delighted to announce our partnership with FLS – FAST LEAN SMART, a leader in real-time field service scheduling and route planning. Together, we are set to transform tenant services through the integration of Keyfax Repairs Diagnostics (and Repairs Self Service) with FLS’s cost-optimised dynamic scheduling. This collaboration empowers housing providers with AI-driven automation, ensuring faster, more accurate repairs and boosting tenant satisfaction. We are excited to offer a streamlined, self-service experience, reducing call volumes while optimising repair efficiency. This partnership is a testament to our shared commitment to delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions for the social housing sector.

Works Order Scheduling from Repairs Diagnostics

Staff using Keyfax Repairs Diagnostics can now set appointments for customers directly from Keyfax. Once the customer has given their preferred times, Keyfax will ask FLS for the optimum timeslots. These can then be chosen by the tenant during the call.

Scheduling directly from Repairs Self Service

The integration covers not only the Repairs Diagnostics for Staff but the Keyfax Repairs Self-Service Module for tenants and leaseholders too. Firstly Keyfax carries out its intelligent diagnostics, identifying the exact issue, location and priority. Then the resident can say when they are available to provide access, which prompts a list of suitable times from FLS that the appropriate engineer is available. Finally the resident gets to choose their preferred time slot to schedule their repairs appointment(s).
