Keyfax Integration Partners
Omfax Partners adding something New
We are always looking for new partners that are not necessarily the Housing Management Systems or portals that launch Keyfax. These partnerships bring something new to the Keyfax diagnostics, like video capture or scheduling:
FLS – FAST LEAN SMART – Dynamic Scheduling
FLS is Europe’s technology leader for workforce management, scheduling, dynamic appointment and route optimisation. Customers range from 50 to 1000s of operatives, scheduling for maintenance, repairs, inspections, voids, housing officers and more. FLS customers maintain over 500,000 properties across the UK and Europe.
Our real-time technology is remarkably flexible to individual customer needs, is implemented quicker and achieves more accurate schedules than alternatives with precision that your field service customers will appreciate – utilising actual traffic based driving speeds and self-learning artificial intelligence for job durations. Our aim is to ensure that our solutions are undisputedly the fastest, leanest, and smartest on the market.
- Fully cost-optimised appointment scheduling
- Actual time of day route planning
- Real-time re-optimisation to reflect in-shift changes
Fixzy Assist – Remote Visual Assistance.
Keyfax has ‘end-to-end’ video question type via integration with Fixzy Assist. The results of the video session, along with any still photos are passed back into the Housing Management system as URLs for later access. Fixzy provides the ability to be able to initiate a remote call by sending a text link or email link to the tenant. The customer gives permission to enable a live audio and visual interaction to identify the issue.
Fixzy also provides a Field application that allows Surveyors/Contractors to capture and interact with the same capability as remote visual assistance.
- On screen Annotation, Session recording, pause/un-pause for greater clarity of issues.
- Photo capture, zoom in/out, capture file notes, geo location, document share
- Both LIDAR & non LIDAR phone users can be guided to generate room measurements (2D and 3D).
