Video Capture embedded in Repairs Diagnostics

We are very pleased to announce our partnership with Fixzy, a leader in Remote Visual Assistance Tools. Omfax is continually searching for partners that enhance what Keyfax offers. Fixzy fits the bill; with their background in housing repairs and maintenance we think their Remote Visual Assistance does everything and more that most social landlords need. The new Keyfax integration provides the ability to capture video as part of the diagnostic procedure, which is game changing. This means that any Keyfax Administrator can build in the question to a repair diagnosis: “Are you happy for us to take a quick video of the issue?”. 

Capture Video and Photos up front before inspecting a repair

Not only does the contact centre advisor get to see the issue, but they can record the video for later escalation to a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

The results can be sent back to your Housing Management System (HMS) or CRM and accessed through a URL. This means instant reviews of photos or video captured as part of the initial repairs request is simple, and all managed within your usual HMS or CRM.

This is a Quantum leap for contact centre diagnostics and can also be configured for Keyfax Repairs Self Service. How many repair requests resulting in an inspection can now be recategorised, if your DLO or contractors can see the issue at hand? Many site visits and much time and fuel can be saved. 

Fixzy can also be used stand alone to triage issues once escalated, and also can speedily map out rooms using LIDAR via Apple phones. 

Additionally, Fixzy can be used for any inbound tenant or leaseholder enquiry, when paired with Keyfax Enquiries Diagnostics. If a tenant is witnessing ASB or wants to record a noise nuisance, Keyfax and Fixzy enable that to be captured as it is happening. With numerous other use cases the new integration offers multiple possibilities for a Diagnostics and video capture tool.
