Need a hand building Keyfax Diagnostics scripts? We offer a Diagnostics Script Development Service using your visual maps for either Repairs or Enquiries. Our team of experienced Keyfax administrators will create your diagnostic scripts, offering feedback along the way. We will ensure your residents are given a simple, clear and intelligent experience for maximum customer satisfaction.
Building Keyfax Scripts
Our Diagnostics Script Development service includes:
- An overview of process maps with appropriate commentary
- Omfax staff developing scripts for Keyfax Repairs or Enquiries
- Housekeeping of existing Keyfax diagnostics scripts, where requested
- Support with arrangements for testing and UAT of updates for sign-off
Script development is typically completed via remote access, together with telephone and email support. On-site services can be provided if required.
Building Keyfax Scripts
To help us build the diagnostic scripts, the customer provides a visual representation of the mapped processes.
If the process mapping was built with Omfax, then we’ll have everything that we need. If not, then we will need the following:
- Diagnostic flow diagrams in Visio format (or similar).
- Objectives and variations for each diagnostic script.
- A Script Set, top level Category and sub Topic for each process.
- The diagnostic must include all required Keyfax entities.
- The content of Messages, Emails & Letters, including URLs & bookmarks.
- A point of contact to offer clarification/feedback for suggested changes.
- Where necessary, SQL support (from IT department or database provider)

A Subject Matter Expert from the service area(s) in question should also be available. The Project Manager and Keyfax administrator may need their help for the work and/or to participate in UAT.
