Omfax is delighted to announce the release of KeyNamics for Power Pages. KeyNamics for Power Pages offers a suite of capabilities that extend the power of Dynamics 365 portals. It enables housing providers to deliver self-service housing repairs and enquiries diagnostics, direct to residents 24hrs a day.

TIP: Dynamics Power App Portals have recently been rebranded to Power Pages. KeyNamics for Power Pages is fully backwards compatible with classic Power App Portals.

Seamless integration into any Power Pages page

KeyNamics for Power Pages can be embedded within any static or liquid Power Pages page. Present KeyNamics as a simple button, or as a self-contained web resource within any existing Power Pages page or form. When launched via KeyNamics for Power Pages, Keyfax will open within a pop-up window. However this behaviour is configurable. For example, Keyfax can also display within a new tab or present directly inline within an i-frame.

KeyNamics for Power Pages administrators can require residents to be signed into the portal before they can launch Keyfax. This enables passing of information from your portal into Keyfax, to deliver context-aware diagnostics, tailored to the resident.

The KeyNamics for Power Pages Management App

Alongside the tenant experience, KeyNamics for Power Pages offers a model driven management app. It allows KeyNamics administrators to review KeyNamics for Power Pages usage and settings. Using the KeyNamics for Power Pages management app, KeyNamics administrators can:

• Configure mappings within KeyNamics to capture or update form fields on your Power Pages entity forms
• Set-up FetchXML statements to securely send data from any Dataverse entity to Keyfax
• See detailed information for all Keyfax launches and completions
