Omfax is very pleased to be given this title for innovation from the publishers of BUILD Facilities Management in their 2024 Awards. Whilst we didn’t make it to the awards ceremony, our glass (or is it perspex?) award sits proudly in the middle of our offices in Poole, Dorset. 

Part of the reason for the award is undoubtedly due to recent integrations with the likes of Fixzy for capturing end to end video within the diagnostic and FLS adding scheduling to the diagnostic conversation. These extend what is possible within the diagnostic dialogue, whilst Keyfax continues to deliver a seamless user journey.

Thanks is also due to our customers and prospects who keep us thinking about innovation in our development and in our partnerships.  We are constantly pondering what else we can develop to delight social housing customers that need best of breed diagnostics tools.
