Keyfax Contact Centre provides you with easy access to customer contact details as well as a complete record of calls. Developed for use in contact centres, it provides a contact and task management system in an easy-to-use package.
Designed to hold information about all your callers, Contact Centre allows staff to quickly and easily identify callers and any details held about them together with a full history of their calls. User-assigned tasks are displayed and outstanding tasks highlighted. The system allows for tasks to be re-assigned.

Keyfax Contact Centre provides a central hub within Keyfax with direct links into Keyfax Frontline to handle any enquiry, into Keyfax DataView to access service information and into Keyfax Repairs Diagnostic to handle property repairs.
